Regarding netra, it's the same case as it is with Blutmond. These two bands have made some of the most urban music I've ever discovered. As Blutmond is quite unknown overall, I thought that netra was already mentioned here (as there are some people from France on this board), though. Anyway, you have to give him and "Mélancolie Urbaine" a try!
